MNteractive’s History

MNteractive is a central location for all experience and interaction design related thoughts, insight, events, jobs, commentary, and professional expertise in Minnesota & the upper midwest.

Though our history can be traced to the mini-list mailing list Jason Kottke started back when he lived in Minnesota (I know it’s been a while). MNteractive in it’s current form was created by Garrick Van Buren, Darrel Austin, Jen Bohmbach, and Christopher Hadden in May 2004. Yes, the mini-list is still going strong. Though it’s only one aspect of the vast MNteractive universe. There’s also the calendar, directory, bookmarks, and piles of other stuff that’ll make you stick your tongue to a frozen metal post with joy.
