My favorite useless job description: Fast Paced Atmosphere

If it isn't why would they be hiring? Normally I hear this bantered about during job interviews as if their company is *especially* fast paced in comparison to everyone else's fast-pace atmosphere.

Plus wouldn't a qualified employee deliver projects in timely fashion, or over time be able to ramp up to speed? Companies should worry more about the aptitude of your potental hire and whether you think they can adapt well. And worry less about bragging how challenging the work atmosphere is.
