		<description>Ouch. You forced me to read an old post of mine and see how poorly it was written. ;o)

That said, my point still stands. It&#039;s even truer today when it&#039;s so much easier to choose from so many more browsers on so many more devices. 

Fortunately, for the most part--outside of some antiquated enterprise software (and even some newer stuff *cough* sharepoint)-- we&#039;ve outgrown the &#039;design for one web browser&#039; model when building web applications.</description>

Your logic isn&#039;t exactly sound. PREFERENCE doesn&#039;t factor anywhere into the 90%. 90% of people visiting a site is 90%. It doesn&#039;t make any difference if a person viewing something in IE *would rather be using* something else.</description>
