Jennifer runs her own User Experience and Technology Consultancy with her husband Thomas. She has been working in the business of helping companies using the Internet as a communication medium for almost 14 years. Prior to this work, Jennifer earned a double major in Theater and English. Her undergraduate work helped her understand and practice bringing together groups of specialists to create performances which today greatly informs her work in social experience design.
