Blogumentary Needs Legal Help

For the past 3 years local documentary film maker Chuck Olsen has been self-financing and self-producing the 65 minute documentary of weblogging, Blogumentary.

Recently another weblog documentary project started, interviewing some of the same people Chuck interviewed. Not a bad thing except the word blogumentary is being used throughout the site without reference to Chuck’s movie.

When Chuck asks the producer to stop using the word because it will probably cause confusion, the producer threatens legal action.
