Consistent Labeling Makes It Faster
I was demo-ing an online survey tool the other day. To help guarantee accurate results and minimize scamming they put a time restraint on the process.
The clock is ticking when this message loads.

For a split second – I hesitate. I re-read the command and both buttons.
Click ‘OK’ to Continue. [Continue] [Stop]
Well, I clicked ‘Continue’. Seemed to work fine. Probably threw off my score though. Where’s that commitment to quality?
