I have about 6 accounts, and if I accidentally send from the wrong one, I'm not on their damned list and I've got to go through all the rigamarole to get through. It is bogus, however, that their sending you an email does not automatically set you as a trusted sender. Earthlink is starting to give off a wilderness survivalist vibe, impenetrable fortress vibe. If a user sets their spamblocker in Earthink to "high" anybody not in the users addressbook is considered to be suspect, and forces them through nasty hoops. On medium, my setting and i believe the default, it will not prevent unkown senders, and will only block known spam. I think i’ve discovered the crux of the issue.
