JOB POST: Digital Producer @ Minneapolis BBDO

Digital Producer
The BBDO Minneapolis Digital Producer is responsible for managing all day-to-day aspects of the development of online advertising, including banners, landing pages, microsites and rich media applications. The ideal candidate must be a leader and innovator who can take an active role in strengthening BBDO’s digital and internet marketing capabilities. This person will work primarily with members of the creative department, client service, digital strategy and digital production teams to manage projects.

Duties

  • Work with internal and external partners to complete project scopes of work, including cost estimates, technical requirements and schedules
  • Ensure that all needed assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations
  • Manage and control project scope for on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate and lead internal project team meetings
  • Ensure quality and exact specification of all project deliverables produced
  • Communicate and update client service team on project status and issues
  • Provides guidance, leadership and constructive feedback to project team members
  • Builds strong relationships with outside creative and production resources when necessary
  • Introduces innovative solutions to improve results and efficiencies

Specifications

  • At least 5 years interactive marketing experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
  • Team-oriented but with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to take ownership of multiple projects and manage them
  • Strong understanding of technical, creative and marketing strategies and processes
  • Understanding of HTML, DHTML, Flash, Director, interface design, Browsers, Windows, Mac, and design constraints on the web
  • Experience with EyeBlaster and PointRoll a plus

  • This person must have a contagious passion for online marketing, staying current with relevant industry issues and trends
  • A self-starter willing to seeks out opportunity for the agency
  • Take an active role in shaping and growing her/his own career and the digital capability within the agency
