Check this out, Google now provides top level navigation for the sites it displays.
This particular examples (for SurveyMonkey) bubbles up ‘pricing’, ’signup now’, ‘features’, and ‘view example report’.

Looking at SurveyMonkey’s site, those don’t correlate to the top level navigation. I wonder what those are…perhaps those are the links that were entereed via Google’s sitemap feature?
Yep. Google’s been doing this for a while now. Whenever you see that, it means the site has submitted a Google Site Map.
