MCAD Ecodesign Film Screening
April 13, 2005 (Wed.), 6:30pm, Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD).
Two ecodesign films. The first examines the work and vision of architect William McDonough and chemist Michael Braungart, using the stories of five projects which incorporate sustainable materials cycles (see The Next Industrial Revolution).
The second, Better by Design , using case studies and interviews, looks at 4 Minnesota companies to illustrate the use of eco-design as a key element of their business strategies. Panel discussion by working eco-design professionals and faculty follows film.
