MIMA Seminar: Targeting a Demographic Online

Sure, your customers and prospects need to be able to find you online. But sometimes you need to find them, particularly when it comes to conducting research.

These days, more consumers are ready and willing to participate in online research. Where do you start? Who should you partner with? How can you go beyond the initial contact and make a real connection?

In our August seminar, Periscope’s George Creel will discuss:
How to screen for the right people.

How to economically conduct research.

How to handle long written responses.

Why research is only valuable once you use it.

Whether do-it-yourself research tools make sense for your company.

How to mine for insights that can be used to build your business and improve your customer service.
