MIMA Why We Love the Web

Ready to share your bookmarks with the MIMA community at large? At our first-ever “open mike night,” it’s your turn to tell the world what you think is the best (and maybe the worst) of the web. Come armed with your favorite URLs and you’ll get tres minutos (that’s 3 minutes, my friends) to share, dish, convince and captivate. The only caveat? No tootin’ your own horn. You can’t promote your own site, your employer’s site or a site you’ve had the pleasure of working on. Them’s the rules. No exceptions.
Our salon moderator will be MIMA board member Kristina Halvorson. Kristina’s company Brain Traffic provides interactive content strategies and killer copy for web sites everywhere. And hey - if you have a gong she can borrow for the evening, let us know.
