Thanks to everyone braving the rain for last night’s debut MNteractive IA Skills Sharing event. To my personal amazement, Larisa proved to me that all is not lost when trying to design a good customer experience inside the less-than-agile Rational Unified Process.

Larisa will be sharing the same presentation at the upcoming EuroIA in Berlin.

As always, great conversation over beers afterwards. Unfortunately, the Town Hall Brewery’s Coffee Stout pales in comparison to Surly’s Coffee Bender.
