Clean, descriptive, human readable URLs
Supports one of the weblog APIs (Blogger, MetaWeblog, Atom)

Not sure if I was the reason Garrick posted this, but It might be because I was searching for an answer to ‘what are the minimum requirements to have an adequate blog app’?

Would love to hear other’s opinions on this.
