Rev105 Redux?
MPR’s recent aquisition of 89.3 has been generating some buzz as of late. Not everyone is happy (this is a loss of a decent classical station) but there’s some good news too. Radio K’s Steve Nelson has been named program directory and Mary Lucia has joined the team as well. If they’re smart, they’ll throw a few hours of classical music programming on the station and please a lot of folks that long miss the diversity of FM radio that Rev105 provided. (But, to be fair, let’s not forget the great KFAI either…)
