I am a long standing Simon Delivers customer and am quite sad to see them go. I've certainly done my part to keep them afloat. I have not tried Byerly's online yet because they require you to be home at the time of delivery. I sent an email to their Customer Service last night asking if (in the wake of SD going out of business) they are reconsidering this term they replied with the following:

"Good Morning,
Thank you for contacting us.

At this time we are not able to offer unattended delivery. It is
something we are looking into for future expansion of our business.

We do offer Drive-Thru Pickup at some of our Byerly's locations."

I have heard some talk that Gopher Grocery (https://www.gophergrocery.com/) will try to gain some market share. But the site is in no shape to replace Simon and it's a limited delivery area.

Now I want to know, what will become of all those green boxes abandoned in people’s garages?? Anyone have a cause in which these could be useful?
