Usability and Accessibility folks lend a hand.

I stumbled upon two relatively new and interesting sites today pertaining to open some new free resources for usability and accessibility help. The first is WAT-C (Web Accessibility Tools Consortium). It’s a group that has banded together to help develop free tools to assist in testing accessibility issues with web sites. I’ve mentioned some of the tools in a previous thread: Firefox Accessibility Testing Extensions. The other site is OpenUsability.org which is a group of usability experts who want to contribute to open source projects. It looks like a large number of projects have signed up for help. This looks like a great undertaking.
