Who Writes MNteractive?

Mostly me these days ;)
But that’s not the idea.

There are 22 contributors listed in the sidebar with many more registered authors. Everyone with a MNteractive.com login fits the following criteria; live in Minnesota, works in the loosely defined software interface design community. There are Flash people (Jake), and non-Flash people (me), usability people (dirtgrl), copywriters (Stephanie), visual designers (Mark), information architects (Terralee, Samantha, Fred, Cody), agency owners (lolife, sevnthsin), and those that cross all those labels (Darrel).

I didn’t pick these people…well not all of them ;). They picked MNteractive. I asked some people early on, and I still ask anyone that I’d like to hear from. But, a good chunk of the people are self-selected. Just the way I want it. Registration to the site is open to anyone. Yes. Wide open. If you fit the criteria above, want to share your perspective on the work you do, and want some Google Juice (we got lots), register. We’d love to have you. Plus, I think your articles are far more interesting to read than my own.

If you’re not sure what to write about - don’t worry, it’s probably on topic. Cruise the archives for some examples of the wide range of stuff that’s here. I don’t exert any editorial control, outside of saying, “you should write a post on that” (which I should say a lot more). If it feels funny to me, I’ll let you know. While I’d like more contributors and contributions - I don’t want MNteractive to feel like another client project. More like a nice lunch, or beer at the end of the day.
