		<description>I think a lot of the blog software is simply CMS software that actually works. When you are a small to medium sized company, you need a CMS tool for your web site. Your options are bloated, poorly built, standards oblivious, expensive commercial CMS systems; bloated, poorly built, standards obvlivious, open source CMS systems; or blogs...which often are also easy to set up, open source, and increasingly standards compliant.</description>
