This will work on Windows Vista 32 bit if you download the update, but is not compatible with Vista 64-bit at all. Go figure…that’s my OS. I bought a little cheap netbook and it doesn’t work either b/c the fp3 software only allows you to rip from CDs. This was a gift. I’m glad I didn’t waste my $ on it b/c it’s a poor design. Would be great if the software was better.

I found this as I wanted to link to the home/root page of a section. It turns out that [[Home]] does the trick.

What I have not seen is a clean way to link from one site to another on the same SP server. I end up using HTML mode and Site Name though the “wiki” editor promptly changes the URL part to include “http://wiki-server-domain-name/”. Ideally, there’s a clean [[]] way to link between sites. To make administration of access rights easier we have multiple sites but also regularly link between sites.

I really enjoyed the book, kudos to the author. Content spreadsheets were very insightful and I will be use them in the future. I planned on attending the meet-up tonight but will probably not make it due to the weather. It would be great to hear highlights from the talk if anyone can post them.
