Sadly, yes.

If you re-read the post, you’ll see that is but one of the frustrating issues with this product…you CAN’T download the software. ;o)

That is the biggest crime, IMHO. Obviously FP spent money on quality industrial design and engineering. It *is* a great device…completely crippled via DRM and bad software.

Good terms(I agree, NO MORE HYPHENS): internet, email, web, website, ecommerce, blog

Bad terms: webinar, blogosphere, intarweb, i-anything, ecast, B2(anything), viral, interstitial (just call it ‘annoying ad’), SEO (Ok, the term is OK, just hate the busines)

While that might be exactly the issue, it’s a silly restriction. Since when does a Mac care what format the hard drive is in? ;0)

Either way, it may be moot. I think I’m retiring iPhoto soon and switching to Picasa.

The reason you can’t sync iPhoto is because requires your iPod to be mac formatted, which your windows iTunes can’t read/write to.

Dan - great post. Excellent. If memory serves, WIRED magazine declared it ‘internet’ (lowercase) a while back - maybe in their style guide.

Hmmm. I wonder how relevant/current/appropriate that style guide is these days.
