Logos vs Actual Customer Experience
You’ve got one dollar to spend on improving your business. Do you spend it on:
- a new logo
- an ad campaign
- improving your customer’s relationship with your company
Two years ago, Northwest Airlines redesigned their logo.

they didnt need a new logo, the one they had was perfect. I also think the new one sucks.
there image wasnt old or worn out, they need to market themselves better (ie: concentrate on customer service, among other things.)
course, if they wanted to pay me “X” amount of money to re-design their brand…
